插拔护栏网是一种公路钢护栏，其结构是将原有护栏立柱分为上下两部分，上立柱的钢管下端套在下立柱的钢管上端内，有螺栓横穿其中，将上下立柱钢管连接在一起。它通过对下立柱的加强，即使用套管或者其他工艺来防止下部护栏立柱的变形，同时对上部立柱的局部减弱或全部减弱来控制护栏立柱的变形位置，这样虽力臂减小，但截面抗弯模量也同时减小，从而保证防撞等级不低于原标准设计。本护栏易于施工，在车辆碰撞后能够方便地更换，而且不但适用于土路肩，挡墙和桥梁等位置，还适用于各种形式的钢护栏。
Inserting and pulling guardrail net is a kind of highway steel guardrail. Its structure is to divide the original guardrail column into upper and lower parts. The lower end of the steel pipe of the upper column is sheathed in the upper end of the steel pipe of the lower column, and there are bolts crossing through it to connect the upper and lower column steel pipes together. It can prevent the deformation of the lower guardrail column by strengthening the lower column, i.e. using casing or other processes, and control the deformation position of the guardrail column by partially or completely weakening the upper column. In this way, although the force arm is reduced, the section bending modulus is also reduced, so as to ensure that the anti-collision level is not lower than the original standard design.
